1. The Service

NibPost lets you connect a Notion workspace and publish its content as a hosted blog or website, with themes, custom domains, SEO, analytics, and subscriber collection. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to keep your blog live and continue using paid features. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time.

4. Subscriptions, billing & payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our Merchant of Record, FastSpring, who handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Plan pricing is based on the tier you select (for example, by monthly pageviews) and is shown at checkout. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Your content & Notion

You retain all ownership of the content you create in Notion and publish through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant NibPost a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, render, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your readers. You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. You are solely responsible for Your Content, for your blog's compliance with applicable laws, and for any personal data of your readers or subscribers that you collect or publish.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk email through the newsletter features;
• distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Custom domains

If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for owning that domain and configuring its DNS correctly. We are not responsible for domain registration, renewal, downtime, or SSL issues arising from misconfiguration or your registrar.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Notion, FastSpring, Resend, and our hosting providers. Your use of those services through NibPost may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services (including the Notion API) that may affect the Service.

10. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, templates, and NibPost branding — is owned by NibPost and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or to copy the Service. Your Content remains yours.

11. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your requirements.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NibPost and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NibPost from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your blog, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date; material changes may also be notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Lebanon will have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
