We want you to be happy with NibPost. This Refund Policy explains our 7-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of a subscription charge. We will refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Because every plan also starts with a 7-day free trial (no credit card required), you can evaluate NibPost thoroughly before you ever pay.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@nibpost.com from the address on your account, within 7 days of the charge, and include the email used to subscribe. Refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, FastSpring, back to your original payment method.
3. When you'll receive it
Approved refunds are issued promptly. Depending on your bank or card provider, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
4. Cancellations & renewals
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your blog stays active until the end of the current paid period. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will make it right under this policy.
5. What is not refundable
- Requests made more than 7 days after a charge.
- Any third-party costs not paid to NibPost (for example, a custom domain you purchased from a separate registrar).
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (e.g. abuse, fraud, or illegal content).
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
